Finca Las Nieves - The Coffee Farm of the Snows

Caressed by breezes from the Pacific ocean far below, Finca las Nieves has been producing some of the finest coffee in the world since the 19th century.

Today, Las Nieves is once again awake, producing superb shade grown Altura organic coffee, while protecting its fabulous heritage of forest and fauna.

It is our privilege to be part of preserving and sharing this extraordinary and magical place.

Set in one of the most beautiful parts of Mexico, the Oaxacan cloud forest, Las Nieves had become all but forgotten...wonderfully lost in time, so that its biggest trees have been remained uncut, its animals unhunted...and filled, too, with glorious birds seeking refuge.
The bungalows are set in a picturesque mountain canyon with virgin forest and miles of breathtaking hiking trails. Adjoining the bungalows is the large courtyard area for harvest time and currently, for making the adobe bricks from native materials for our secluded bungalows.
The hiking trails are rich with flora and fauna.
Drink fresh mountain spring water while wandering through the hills.
